The Pill Meal
There are hundreds of medications out there for blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, joint conditions and many more. These illnesses usually come with each other so you end up with a bunch of pills for each of them and by time you're finished drinking your medication you're already full as if you had a full course meal. Well that's exaggerating it a bit but when you think about it if you have all these condition then maybe there's really something wrong with your body, usually for a person to have these kind of illnesses it's either they are overweight or obese. But let's say that a person really has a few of the illnesses I mentioned above, let's he or she has three of them and that person need to take in four kinds of pills for each of them every 8 hours, that would be 36 pills in a day, is that the kind of life that you would want to live until your last day on earth? A majority if not all would say no, so how can you avoid having the pill meal as your permanent menu?
A popular alternative today is a program called the Six Week Body Makeover from www.bodymakeovers.com. This program was developed by Jack Thurmond during his younger years while teaching children how to live healthy lives, the programs was adopted by adults and showed very promising results. The Six Week Body Makeover revolves around giving your body foods that give it the right nutrients at the right amounts. It's also coupled with a little low strain high impact exercise (also included in the program) to help you achieve astounding results that goes beyond your expectation.
Of all the testimonials I've read from people you tried out the program, the Six Week Body Makeover had no negative feedback and even people who sneaked in a little snack every once in while still lost around 10 pounds in a week after they started. A person who tried would go as far as saying that the programs isn't only a change in diet but a change in lifestyle altogether.
